South Pearl Street

Located along Denver’s vibrant South Pearl Street corridor, Denchu Den marks our first completed project within a Michelin Guide–recognized restaurant — a milestone we’re incredibly proud to be part of. Created in collaboration with Kizaki Den and Margot, the space reflects a shared commitment to craft, precision, and hospitality.

Our scope focused on the design and fabrication of custom wood beams and an integrated wine display, thoughtfully detailed to align with the existing structure while subtly defining the bar zone. Proportion, alignment, and material consistency guided every decision, ensuring the new interventions feel both intentional and inherent to the architecture.

The result is a warm, refined environment where structural rhythm and natural materials quietly frame the dining experience — celebrating the food, the craft, and the people who brought it together.
