Home to the brand new Park40 apartment complex, we designed and fabricated this cozy lobby & leasing office with the comfort of residents and staff in mind. We installed pool side game tables, a CNCed faux log welcome desk, a CNCed topo ceiling, communal kitchenette countertops and custom copper shelving, mid-modern structural details and so much more. This is a must see for all you Denver house hunters out there!
