Located in Denver’s vibrant Uptown neighborhood, Park & Co. reemerges through a multi-stage renovation that honors its casual roots while introducing a sophisticated new edge. LVTD was enlisted to bring the design vision to life through a series of custom fabrications that balance craftsmanship, materiality, and atmosphere.

The transformation centers on bespoke elements — from hand-built banquettes and seating to charred wood cladding, reclaimed wood bottle shelving, and a custom-designed bar featuring plasma-cut detailing. Each piece was thoughtfully crafted to elevate the familiar warmth of this neighborhood favorite while enhancing its sense of character and authenticity.

The result is a refreshed interior that feels both timeless and distinctly Denver — a welcoming space where local craftsmanship and contemporary design come together to redefine a community staple.
